1. Inspect and clean the burner, pilot assembly, and ignition.

2. Check the safety limits for proper functioning.

3. Examine the blower housing and exhaust; adjust or replace belts as necessary.

4. Verify all electrical connections for rated torque.

5. Inspect the intake/exhaust VFDs; clean the fans and heat sinks for optimal performance.

6. Remove dust from the control cabinet to ensure proper heat dissipation and reduce electrical interference.

7. Clean the blower and exhaust motor for efficient heat dissipation; grease the bearings.

8. Inspect the filter monitoring pitot assemblies for accuracy.

9. Calibrate the low and high burner modulation settings.

10. Adjust the spray and cure temperatures as needed.

11. Replace or rotate the AMU pre/post filters.
